Cost of Services + Sliding Scale
New Patient Intake $320
Return Visit $160
I have intentionally chosen to not accept insurance at this time as it limits the way I like to engage in patient care. I like to take the time that we need, not just what insurance deems necessary or adequate.
The cost of visits are listed above.
I truly believe in accessible care, so I am adopting an honor based system.
Trust is incredibly important. You have to trust me enough to share information so I can help you. I have to trust that you’ll tell me where you land on the scale.
If paying for a visit would be difficult, but not detrimental, it qualifies as a SACRIFICE. You may have to cut back on other spending (going out to dinner, buying coffee at a shop) but this will not have a long term harmful impact on your life.
If paying for a visit would lead to a harmful impact, such as not being able to put food on the table or pay rent, then you are dealing with HARDSHIP. Folks dealing with hardship typically qualify for the lower end of the sliding scale.
$320 New Patient Intake
If you have access to financial security, own your own property, or have personal savings, you would not traditionally qualify for sliding scale services. If you are able to pay for “wants” and spend little time worried about securing necessities in life, you have economic privilege and power in your community. This price is for you.
$265 New Patient Intake
If you are struggling to move away from paycheck to paycheck living but have access to steady income, and are not spending most of your time thinking about meeting basic needs such as food, shelter, childcare, etc. This price is for you. However, if you can ask others for financial support (family, friends, partners), please consider using those resources before you use the resources of the sliding scale and limit opportunities for others. Sliding scale spots are limited.
If you are seeking care and experiencing financial HARDSHIP, please contact me directly.
