Who Is This For?
This option is best suited for the person who has unresolved health issues, chronic conditions or multiple symptoms and diagnosis who needs long term support and accountability.

What Does This Include?
This service includes an extensive review, a one hour consult each month, unlimited email/text support, and written recommendations and resources to help reach your goals. This plan requires a commitment for a minimum of 3 months.

This option is best for the person who just wants to fine tune their existing health program and is motivated to make change without support.

What Does This Include?
This service includes an extensive review, a one hour consult and written recommendations and resources.

Note: this does NOT include unlimited communication.

This option is for anyone who is not interested in an extensive review, but would like to discuss ongoing health issues or ways to improve existing treatment plan.

What Does This Include?
Includes a brief intake and a one hour consult plus emailed resources.

What To Expect From Working With Me

My style of practice is to take manageable steps toward optimal health. I am very supportive. You will always receive more than adequate resources, and information to help you reach your goals, and make good decisions for your health. I am interested in helping those who are willing to help themselves. If you are full of excuses, or married to your current lifestyle, I am not the right doctor for you. My recommendations will likely require that you give up certain foods or habits while working with me. In order to get well and optimize your health, it is up to you to make your own decisions and listen to your instincts. No one can make decisions for you. Getting well means making changes that may be uncomfortable for you at first. Listen to your body and decide what is best for you. 

My Expectations of You:
1. You are working towards a consistent exercise plan that is supportive of where you are at this moment in time. I can help you figure out what "appropriate" means for you.
2. You are prioritizing and making an effort to optimize your sleep. 
3. You are adhering to the nutrition plan that we agree is right for you. 
4. You are aware of life stressors and are mindful of their impact. You may not be able to eliminate all stress, but you are taking steps to manage what is in your control.
